The Centerline Program

Leadership begins before you have a title. It starts with how you make decisions.

Centerline isn't about mapping out your entire career. It isn't résumé coaching. It isn't job-search advice. And it certainly isn't someone telling you what to do.

It's a group coaching program to get better at making the decisions that shape what's next. You'll leave with:

  • An understanding of what drives your choices.
  • A way to approach complicated decisions without getting lost in them.
  • A clearer sense of what matters to you and what you're willing to trade for it.
  • A small group of women who know you and will continue to challenge your thinking.
  • The confidence to make decisions that are right for you long after Centerline ends.

Who it's for

For women around the first decade of their career who are ready to be more intentional about what comes next.

You're successful on paper but unsure if you're building the career you actually want.

You're facing a decision that doesn't have an obvious answer.

You find yourself asking everyone else what they think.

You're tired of second-guessing yourself.

You're wondering whether the definition of success you've been pursuing is yours.

You want to make choices now that you'll be glad you made later.

What changes

What participants tell us in their words.

You stop waiting for the perfect answer and start trusting when you've thought something through enough to act.

You can hear what other people think without losing track of what you think.

You know the difference between the safe choice and the right one, and you can stand behind the option your choose.

You measure your career against what matters to you, not someone else's idea of success.

You begin to recognize the patterns in your decisions, including the ones that keep pulling you in directions you may not have consciously chosen.

“I don't have my entire career figured out, but I finally feel like I'm building one that's mine.”

How it works

The three phases of Centerline: Uncover, Practice, Keep going

01Uncover

Understand the patterns driving your decisions and what is truly important to you. What are you optimizing for? What are you willing to risk? Whose expectations are influencing you? What are you choosing because it feels safest or most expected?

02Practice

Bring what's actually happening in your life and career into the program so you work on real decisions, not hypotheticals. Test your thinking, hear different perspectives, and practice figuring out what you think before looking to others for the answer.

03Keep going

The next difficult decision won't look exactly like the last one, but you'll know how to start tackling it. Over time, the questions you ask yourself and the things you pay attention to stop being something you have to remember, and just become how you decide.

Your Centerline cohort

Six to eight women. Five months. One shared experience.

Most professional networks are built around similarity or convenience. Centerline is different.

You'll spend five months thinking honestly alongside women who are asking their own hard questions.

Over time, they'll understand what you're working on, what matters to you, and the patterns in your thinking that you may not see yourself.

Think of them as your professional board: not people who tell you what to do or what you want to hear, but people who know you well enough to ask the questions you need to hear.

What's included

Centerline logistics.

  • 10 group sessions

    90 minutes every other week.

  • 2 individual coaching sessions

Use them when you need them, for a decision or conversation that deserves more time.

  • Real work between sessions

Reflection, experiments, and decisions that connect to what's happening in your career.

  • 90-day follow-up

A chance to step back, see what's changed, and decide what comes next.

Why five months

Why five months?

Five months gives you time to notice your patterns, try something different, make real decisions, and come back with what you learned.

That's the difference between talking about what you might do and finding out what happens when you actually do it.

The next cohort begins this fall.

It starts with a 30-minute conversation. No pitch, no pressure. Just a chance to figure out together whether this is the right fit for both of us.
