For 25 years I watched the gap between strategy and results come down to decision-making. Now I help women make decisions that shape their careers and lives.

I started my career as a teacher. What stayed with me wasn't the lesson planning. It was watching what happened when someone felt seen, believed in, and challenged to see that they were capable of more.

Over the next 25 years, I saw that same dynamic play out inside organizations including Takeda, Novartis, Biogen, PwC, and Citizens Bank, where I led digital transformation, employee experience, and organizational change through mergers, AI adoption, new product launches, and a global pandemic.

The specifics of the work changed, but the underlying challenge rarely did. What separated initiatives that delivered from those that stalled was rarely the quality of the strategy or technology. It was whether the people responsible for making the change happen had the context, support, and opportunity to grow into what it required and put it into practice.

The same is true at the start of a career, when exposure to opportunities is rarely the issue. The challenge is knowing which ones to pursue, which expectations to question, when to speak up, and where to invest yourself.

That's what brought me to coaching.

What I do.

Today I work with women to help you make deliberate decisions about how you build your career: understand what matters to you, recognize what influences your choices, and create opportunities instead of react to what's offered. You don't need someone to tell you what to do. You need the space to see yourself more clearly, make sense of the unspoken rules of the workplace, and decide what deserves your time and energy.

How I work.

Coaching should feel like a partnership, not a performance review. I want you to have room to think out loud, question your assumptions, and say the things you haven't quite been able to articulate yet. I'll bring the questions, perspective, and occasional pushback. You bring the willingness to look honestly at what's going on. The goal isn't just to get through the decision in front of you, but to change how you approach your future decisions too.

A little more about me

Outside of this work I'm mom to two college-age daughters, loyal companion to a very exuberant dog, and member of an early-morning rowing crew that has taught me more about trust and collective effort than any development program I've ever attended.

I still love teaching. I just do it differently now.
