Working together

There are several ways to work together depending on what you need right now.

Centerline Individual

Your program, your timeline.

If you know you do your best work one on one, this is for you. In six sessions over three months, we work through an individualized version of the Centerline program, or focus on what's most relevant to you. Between sessions, you'll notice, experiment, and sit with questions that don't have easy answers.

Sightline Assessment

Get clear before deciding.

The Sightline assessment helps you examine the drivers behind your decisions across identity, values, money, time, and relationships. After you complete the diagnostic, we follow it up with a 75-minute debrief and pressure-test what you learned on a decision you're currently facing.

The Decision Session

One decision. One focused hour.

It's keeping you awake. You've replayed it, asked more people, made more lists. Before we meet, you'll complete a short diagnostic, and we'll spend an hour exploring what's making this decision

The Decision Guide

When you want to start on your own.

You know something needs your attention but you're not ready to work with a coach yet. The Decision Guide is a self-directed workbook based on the Sightline assessment and ten core decision profiles. Work at your own pace to identify the drivers shaping your choices and establish a baseline for future decisions.

Not sure yet

Not sure which option is right for you?

Start with a 30-minute conversation. We'll figure out together which of these is the right next step, or whether now is the right time at all.

You helped me adjust to new environments but also really understand the importance of assessing what conflicts with your core values.

For organizations

Corporate cohort and individual options are available for organizations that want to support early career women at the exact moment their professional patterns are forming. One conversation can determine if this is the right fit for your talent strategy.

For parents

You've spent years helping her figure out what to do next, and now she's entering a part of life where the decisions need to become hers. You want to help her become confident, independent and intentional without telling her what to do. The most effective step is telling her these resources are available and letting her choose.
